Stashtab Sync (“Sync”) is operated by Stashtab, Inc. Sync lets a seller connect the marketplaces they already sell on and cross-post trading card inventory across them: it publishes listings, keeps prices aligned with the pricing rules you configure, and delists items when they sell elsewhere. These terms govern your use of Sync. Our privacy policy describes how we handle data and forms part of these terms.

Sync is a business tool intended for card retailers and game stores. By creating an account you confirm that you are using Sync for a business, that you are authorized to act for that business, and that you are authorized to connect the marketplace accounts you connect.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

When you connect a marketplace, you authorize Sync to act on that account on your behalf — to create, update, and remove listings, and to receive sale notifications — within the scopes you granted. You can withdraw that authorization at any time by disconnecting the platform in Sync.

Each marketplace has its own agreement with you, and those agreements continue to apply. You remain responsible for complying with them, including their rules on listing content, pricing, inventory accuracy, and prohibited items. Sync does not override, and cannot waive, a marketplace’s policies. If a marketplace suspends, rate-limits, or changes access for your account or for Sync, the affected functionality may stop working.

You own your inventory data and you are responsible for it. Sync publishes what you tell it to publish and prices it according to the rules you configure. You are responsible for reviewing those rules and for the prices they produce — including any price that results from a misconfigured rule, a stale or unavailable price source, or an unexpected market movement. Set price floors deliberately.

You are also responsible for fulfilling the orders you receive. Sync does not take possession of inventory, does not process payments, and is not a party to any sale you make.

Sync does not currently charge a fee for use. If we introduce fees, we will give notice before they apply to your account and you may stop using Sync rather than accept them.

Do not use Sync to list items you are not entitled to sell, to misrepresent inventory, to interfere with or overload a connected marketplace’s systems, or to access another seller’s data. Do not attempt to circumvent Sync’s access controls or extract its underlying data beyond your own account.

Sync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cross-posting depends on third-party marketplace APIs, and synchronization is not instantaneous: there is a window between a sale on one marketplace and the delisting of the same item on another, and a marketplace outage, API change, or rate limit can delay or prevent an update. We do not warrant that Sync will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing will be in sync at every moment. You should keep your own view of what you hold.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stashtab, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data, arising out of your use of Sync. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Sync and close your account at any time; see the privacy policy for how to request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if an account breaches these terms, creates risk for a connected marketplace, or is required to be suspended by a marketplace or by law. Where practical we will tell you why.

We may update these terms as Sync changes. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
